Car Show with Corning Rotary Club

The Corning Rotary Club focuses its community service projects primarily on youth education, food security, the environment, youth leadership development, and health and safety. Some examples:
- Our reading program provides a book a month to every child in K – 2 classes in two elementary schools. These are theirs to keep.
- We support the local food pantry in several ways including starting community gardens.
- Working with the 4 local fire departments, we installed over 200 smoke detectors in low income homes.
- To celebrate our Club’s centennial in 2021, we worked with the City of Corning to create a Cherry Blossom Trail adding almost 50 new trees to the City’s main park.
