PCA Porsche Parade
The Lake Placid Parada is from June 14 – June 20
Phase I Registration opens Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at 12 pm ET.
Phase II Registration opens Spring, 2026
Phase II Registration will close May 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
Follow these two steps to register:
1. During this phase, you can register as the primary entrant (your co-entrant, children, JPP/CAFP, and adult guests may be added during Phase II). The only fee collected during Phase I is the Parade Registration Fee (covers entrant and co-entrant only). Housing Reservations are a separate fee from Parade Registration. Phase II Registration will have additional fees for Banquets and Events.
2. The only accepted payment methods are Visa, American Express, MasterCard, or Discover in US funds.
Housing: You will receive a Confirmation Email once your Parade Registration Fee payment has been successfully processed (usually within seconds). If you have not received a confirmation email within 10 minutes, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder.
Ten hotels are being utilized for PCA housing during Parade*:

*DO NOT book hotel rooms before registering for Phase I and receiving the Parade Confirmation Email with the unique booking link. This is the only way your reservation will obtain the PCA-exclusive room rate and be acknowledged as part of the official PCA/Parade Block.
The hub of the 2026 Porsche Parade will be the Lake Placid Olympic Center, home to the following events: Banquets (being held on the 1984 Ice Rink – how “cool” is that!), Parade Platz (formerly the Member side of “Hospitality”), Concours (on the Speed Skating Oval), Concours Prep (held on the 1932 Ice Rink), Vendor Village (formerly the Exhibitor side of “Hospitality”), the Car Wash, Tech Tactics, the Parade Store, Juniors@Parade, the Art Show, RC Cars, along with many other aspects will also be held within the facility.
Once you have successfully registered for Phase I of Parade, you will receive a confirmation email. Your confirmation email includes the Link and Entrant Access Code needed to reserve your housing, as well as an 800 number for ConferenceDirect in case you encounter difficulty with your reservation. Details of the accommodations will be coming soon to the Porsche Parade website, under Accommodations.
ConferenceDirect Housing/Hotel Cancellation Policy:
Housing Cancellation Policy: The official housing bureau for Porsche Parade 2026, ConferenceDirect, will charge a $50 cancellation fee for cancellations at any time. This charge will appear on your credit card statements as CONFDIRECT* PParade26.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: All reservation requests will be guaranteed with a major credit card. The credit card will be held as a form of guarantee only and will not be charged an advanced deposit. Guestroom cancellations received with less than seventy-two (72) hours’ notice, including but not limited to no-shows, will be charged the first night’s room and tax to the guarantee method.

Parade Phase I and II Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy:
All fees paid will be recorded and deposited at the time of registration. Parade Registrations are not transferable.
Refund Policy BEFORE: Tuesday, 3/31/26 (11:59 pm ET) – 100% of the registration fee will be refunded minus the $60 cancellation fee.
Refund Policy BETWEEN: Wednesday, 4/1/26 (12:00 am ET) and Wednesday, 5/13/26 (11:59 pm ET) – A $60 cancellation fee and 50% of the registration fee are withheld.
Refund Policy AFTER: Thursday, 5/14/26 (12:00 am ET) NO REFUNDS, regardless of circumstances, as we have commitments to pay for contractual and event obligations.
*All cancellation requests must be emailed to (paradereg@national.pca.org).
*We DO NOT allow Parade registrations to be transferred to another individual.
*Although not required, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for all Parade events as you would for any travel to cover nonrefundable expenses.
